I rather bust my front delts with presses, front raises doesn't work for me. I use 10kgs for side laterals though.

Stop it with my ass pics man!

Yeah side laterals is an absolute mood crusher if cannot don la. so, pick your comfort weight and know your limit or you will demolish your whole session.

followed your routine on doing raises before presses
really hard to do presses as the pump is too great
darn...but really good
diet this week kinda sucky (still 5 times meal a day but got chocolates,raisins and some cakes at events) but workout's been really great

My presses are focused more on front delts rather than increasing overall mass in the shoulder. Still getting overall size and definition slowly though.

Hated barbell curl, my grip is always slipping. Need to improve that.

It really helps in adding on mass, now I know what I've been missing out on.

I read in one day. Was like wtf lol. 25 is normal man... icon_rolleyes.gif Still not enough for me to gain weight though.

lol. I managed to break 76kg after being off creatine for over a month for the first time.(weight went down to 74kg after coming off creatine and falling ill for a week, felt like shit.)

i <3 eggs.

There is no better.

Both should be used in your routine. Ez bar hits more of the outer head, and straight bar hits the inner. It also depends on how wide/narrow your grip is.

Bottom line, variation.
If this week you use ez bar for curls, next week use straight.

Yep, variations hit different site in the muscle. Also the resistance is different. For me, EZ resistance is always lower.
