Bros, im a bit confuse now. regarding the allowable number of eggs yolk taken daily. some of the articles say that we can consume yolk as many as we can as the cholesterol is not dangerous to health. some of the article says that we only can consume 3 eggs yolk daily. can someone plis tell me which one is true?
