Lol. Why do you keep forgetting this equation?
Bodybuilding = recovery = bodybuilding

Lol cannot. It works only when you're there. Or i can ask him to collect his armpit sweat in a jar and give it to you.

Maybe.... but I'm not confident yet. My initial first warm up set is still light around 80 pounders. If I can do a warm up set of 85-90lbs, then I'm safe. I'm worried about joint injury. So far no problems yet but I've experienced a rotator cuff injury years ago and it wasn't pleasant. Slow and steady la bro. =)

Eggs and oatmeal? Basic breakfast. And who said I don't take supplements? Intra and PWO shake.

erm which one is a better option

to cut first then bulk

or

bulk first then cut

I am 180cm, 72kg, 19% BF (estimated)
thing is I have belly, but shoulder is not wide, or what commonly said as skinny fat. I have gained some muscle particularly in arms and little in chest, but the toning is not obvious due to the fat layer. Now in dilemma on to cut first or bulk further first
