And Darklight is a pro here. you shd seriously listen to his advice.
I progressed alot thx to him too!

You progressed because of mostly your own effort. Thanks though.

Hey guys. Can you all advice me how to speed up recovery?
I play chest on Monday, still feeling the sore today.
*
PWO nutrition. A lot of people neglect this.

I get 2-4 hours of sleep a night, and I'm not quite skeletal yet (thankfully).

Yours would put more stress on the lower back cuz I noticed you were leaning quite forward. But if you weren't it would work your glutes and hams too. My style concentrates more on quads. Well thats better from a bodybuilder's pov cuz you want isolation I assume. Its kinda similar to hack squats.

I am sad. Gym say cannot Farmers Walk around with dumbbells. It was improving my grip immensely that I was better at lifting everything (even those that didn't specifically require grip strength).

Health hazard he says, and I can respect that.

Besides deadlifting the dumbbells up and gripping it static, any other practical ways to improve grip at the gym?

I've tried dead-hangs on the pullup bar, hammer curls, and just plain gripping the bar at a lighter weight from a deadlift position.

Nothing seems to come close to the satisfaction of Farmers Walk. What's the next most effective method to powerup my grip without buying one of those iron grippers (that cons your money because each increment is a new purchase)

Thx yous

I do cardio and workout at gym for alternate days during morning. And every night I will do some light workout like sit up and using the dumbbells. Coz what I know, we need to give our body a rest. So just want to ask will it be harmfull if I do light workout every night for around 30min.
