He's not joking. and i agree... he should do 2 hours of cardio, 2 hours of weights, and 5 hours of sauna. and make sure he gets 12 hours of sleep for maximal recovery. remaining 3 hours shd be travelling, shower and preparing food to eat and eating.
he can look like rain after that. he shdnt waste time posting in LYN.

THat'll be great! i checked out their website, kinda pricey after adding Del &Handling . 99USD +48USD.
saw the vid on the blender, looks very easy to use and the keep fresh lids would come in handy.

both chezz and reon are right bout the rest and nutrition. one way i found to recover from DOMS faster is to have lots of protein in your diet. DOMS never lasted more than 1 day after that. unless it was a sick leg/back workout.

QUOTE(de.crystal @ May 6 2010, 10:26 AM)
this time i asked about sauna and steam room
it was never discussed previously before
and i genuine thought that it could break our "fat cell" therefore facilitating the fat loss when working out.

Cz i have met someone in the sauna room, who told me that those competitor would spend at least 1 hr in the sauna room 1 hour prior to the competition to maintain their low bf.  but this is not good as their skin would be dry out.

hence, i asked if 5 mins is sufficient, if not the recommended time.

If it doesnt help, I will not force myself to go into the "stuffy" room and would just spend the time in doing proper lifting.
BB competitions have weight class. They want to loss weight so that they can qualify for certain weight class.
Boxers and fighters do that too. Losing water weight by sweating is the fastest. Nothing to do with maintaining BF or not.

I like steam rooms. I find it soothing after 10-15 min inside.

Anyway, guys... Be cool, yo.
Kopitiam break!

Uh, it's only USD 55-ish on Amazon (http://www.amazon.com/Magic-Bullet-Express...d/dp/B000AEZVRS). I'll drop her a text and see if she can remember, though.

Thanks for the explanation.

I feel the same too in the steam rooms but not in the sauna. Feel sick inside the hot sauna room.
