Its from Sungai Buloh to Kajang. Passing by PJU5 and Dataran Sunway.

The LRT extension project is another thing altogether

Good news so far this year for 1120 Park Avenue owners:

1. Toll at PJS 2 slashed fr RM1.60 to RM1
2. Bridge road connecting Tmn Sri Manja, OKR to Tmn Kinrara, Puchong opens, linking up with KESAS highway.


We can now access the KESAS highway, yay.
Can someone tell me how to get to Cyberjaya from 1120PA and how long'll it will take on a regular working day?

use the new link road to kesas, then exit @ puchong junction, after that pass thru ioi mall, tesco, giant puchong and turn left into LDP, drive all the way to Cyberjaya.

Jam exists at kesas/puchong exit in morning and tesco in evening. Normal travel time is 30 mins+/-.
If u use MEX and NPE, 20 - 25 mins can reach Cyberjaya if OKR no jam at the U-turn.

PJS is very close to the MAEX highway.
I think 30min to reach Cyberjaya. No jam smile.gif

Don't worry. The condo will surely complete its development.
Else the developer won't promise "no need to pay progressive installation during construction period".
This shows that the developer have sufficient funds to complete the construction. No need to worry about that.

Your only concern is the surrounding area. It's not very nice honestly.
Apart from the new condo project, and a small mall, no future plans to transform the area.
The shop lots around the area is also empty.
In addition, there are several abandon condo projects nearby the area. Not a pretty scene.
Worse, the many houses near the area has some cracking problem that had to be re-constructed....something to do with the 'land sinking' problem.

There're many 'negative chi' around that area. That's the worrying sign.

Attached is the proposed LRT Extension Project. The nearest komuter station from 1120 PA is the Jalan Templer KTM Komuter station which is about 1.9 km by car whereas the nearest LRT station is Station 04 (green line, at Bandar Kinrara) which is about 5.5 km away.

When can we go to developer to ask them that if we wanna to add extra electrical socket, modify here and there, changing of my own tiles?? any suggestion?
Heard someone ever get the developer (other project) to change the tiles, add extra things, change the toilet bowls and basin, hack part of the wall and so on, upon completing the project.. this is to avoid or reduce further renovation problems after completion..
