Added on January 18, 2010, 12:52 am QUOTE(ch_leong @ Jan 17 2010, 09:47 PM) Dun think will appreciate much. ch leong, i heard that u are looking for a group of ppl to have loan with one bank, so that can get higher -BLR?? Depends on ur need, UOB/OCBC, Standchart and HSBC cater different group of customers i think it is only for commercial property and not personal type.. pls comment.. QUOTE(fiecks84 @ Jan 19 2010, 08:20 PM) Mmm, if this is a real fact I just calculate from the board... maybe they closed a few sales today and yet to paste the sticker leh...[136+71+64] ---------------- X 100 = 24.2% 1120 Mmm, its nearly 25%, which reflect 1/4... And these units are not taken! and this is with assumption 100% sale in Phase 1. Cheers... |

QUOTE(WINLEE @ Jan 20 2010, 11:38 AM) Hi WINLEE,my unit is B5-1X-0X I submitted to OCBC and HSBC. HSBC's are as good as OCBC but only need a RM10 per month to maintain the loan acc after our so called "no hassle 3 yrs". Meaning that no chargers within this 3 years and charge u after that until end of ur loan. Good is that u can bank in and withdraw without any write in .. but OCBC need u to fill up a form and leap time is 2 to 3 days.... and can do in all branches, unless local bank which need u to do it at the branch u apply for loan. At first i was thinking of HSBC but OCBC came in halfway.. and the offer is as good... no harm consider another one.. SC loan is more for investor to consider.. if u are going for own stay.. forget bout that.. bank in extra and withdraw need write in or phone call.. HOPE THIS HELP U IN MAKING DECISION.. |

QUOTE(stanley984 @ Jan 25 2010, 04:42 PM) Guys, mind to request for updates on regard the sales status. as for my understanding, Tower 3 have 18 floors and no of units is more than other tower.. It is further from pool and main entrance.. maybe that is the reason.. Tower 5 is the least no of unit and maybe more ppl choose to have a lower density block than choose high dens tower 3I yet visit the show room but my sis has done so might need to review on the cons & pro for investment purp. Heard that Tower3 is not that much occupy is there any reason out of it? Well, is not an bad encourage just that maybe there is a reason like not closer enough to certain place ... just my point of view.. Pls correct me.. |

I'm considering HSBC.. one account settle all.. deposit and withdrawal any amount, anytime, no charges.. daily rest.. but need to pay RM 10/mth, starts after 3 yrs from now
OCBC need one account to do SI to transfer the money to loan account, will have to take 2-3 days to withdraw from loan account to my account and charges of 10 each withdrawal.. |

QUOTE(deric1979 @ Feb 1 2010, 12:49 AM) I agreed with you 106127.That's means you have to pay the maintanance fees rm120 a years for the whole tenure.. I'm thinking of that too.. let me think again.. but if I choose OCBC, i need to transfer extra money from my acc to loan acc if i were to pay more other than the monthly repayment, only it consider paying to the loan.. If i just bank in to the acc, it just consider as a saving.. = double work.. |

Tower 3 have more units compare to others.. maybe some buyers prefer to have low dens block as what i think previously..
For ppl leaving home for work in the morning and back after sunset, facing west is never a problem.. Maybe ppl nowadays are quite believing in Feng Shui.. haha.. Is anyone particular in Feng Shui here?? mind sharing?? haha. extra knowledge.. i don mind to capture... Just signed my Loan Agreement with OCBC.. gave up on HSBC.. |
