just call centre again, the cs really bull shit, port tak boleh reset jadi 4m, jika banyak kali reset, port akan rosak, cs can reply this answer, really think we r kid, very funny suck cs...

I just upgraded to 4MB and this is what I'm getting. However if I get 118.xxx IP, I have lots of "Request Timed Out" pinging www.flying spaghetti monster.com, etc - no ideas why
 If I get IP 124.xxx then it's fine but 118.xxx seems to be faster. Looks like I can't have the best of both? |

I recently applied for the 4MB BB Deal and the technician arrived at my house and has confirmed that I'm now on 4MB. The problem is that whenever I'm downloading, the speed I received is only 120 - 150 KBPS. What I want to ask is that should I complain now or wait until the Internet Service Disruption finish and then if the speed is still below 40%, I should complain?

I tulan liao with the current slow speed. Call to Streamyx today. Told them to rebate me for 2 weeks of outage.
