how to check we capped at 4mb or 5mb?

already apply to upgrade to 4mb from 1mb package..
technician come to my house check line then said to wait for another few days.. now capped at 2mb but my modem still in g.dmt mode.. is it normal or need to change it to adsl 2+? |

at last my line got upgraded after a long wait..
 he said my line was miss placed.. just call a lot and keep pushing them to work, dun just wait..  SNR 26 - 22 ATT 4 - 0 my SNR not too good to be capped at 5mb right? This post has been edited by marche: Apr 29 2010, 12:00 PM |
