today updated to 4m, adsl port still 2m, actived me the account when the technical to my house, said 5m port will reset, then go, untill now still 2m adsl port, wat going on.... bad news, call center they tell me cant do anything, ask call back same ppl, i said the ppl know nothing, give me another ppl number, then call tell me wait next day, if same problem call again...

still waiting, even the line actived, the speed cap at 2m, call the installer, tell me the streamyx will update, but updating info r the streamyx remote system to upgrade 5m cap r problem, streamyx !@#$%^ IT'S true???

my 2mb port update to 5mb already,
but the speed still cap at 1.5-1.7mb need waiting the new cap to 4mb, according the installer need wait few day to upgrade to 4mb, but look like 4mb ping time more higher compare the 1mb line, wat going on??? how long tm take time to update 4mb??? how many user for each dslam for the 4m user, i got 1 4mb line and 1mb line for the same dslam, but the port show 1mb r 2048port and 1 r 5120 port for 4m, so... the dslam can adjust for request speed. last time i think r all dslam same speed max 2m, but now i saw can set dedicated, according the installer, each port r called name with bca, it's correct???

now on the way apply my 2nd 4mb line, my area r kampung area out of kuching 30-40km also can get 4mb, hope will get my 2nd 4mb...hahaha
if the tmpoint cant accept your apply for the 4mb, pls try apply from the streamyx agent. "money can make ghost run for u " according chinese, streamyx agent got comission will do them work, some streamyx agent can call streamyx to upgrade the port to max 5mb, but most r cap at 4mb and the streamyx using the user name to control the speed, not only the line, if the user name lock at 2mb even u got 4/5mb line also no use. just call centre again, the cs really bull shit, port tak boleh reset jadi 4m, jika banyak kali reset, port akan rosak, cs can reply this answer, really think we r kid, very funny suck cs...

call the 100 cs again, refer the report number, the line still 2m, 1st cs very nice, he do reset for me to try 4m line, but after reset,!@#@$#$%% the phone line down, so use another phone call another cs, the cs look line no access level to reset port, so the ask me to hold the call, refer the upper level, then she tell me your account still under 2w warranty, so need to refer back the installer... !@#$%^&*() be4 all cs the line suddenly broken again, do cs got any time limit???

finally get my 2nd 4m line, but took 1week to do it, same as last 4mb also 1week, tm malaysia really work like turtle... but the line link to oversea and local little slow, according the cs, line sarawak very slow during this upgrade, i ask when will done, they said 1more week. dont expert too much...

after complaint and complaint, streamyx give me 218 ip... to china very fast, ping time 150ms+, will not afraid my transaction to china will drop to s.e.a sea... but other area latency look like very high...
