hey guys, is that true that aztech modems couldn't detect 4mbps?,because this is what my contractor have said, both my own aztech dsl605e as well as dsl600e from tm couldn't even reached 2mbps, he said that he's going to give me blue riger modem, hopefully it can reached because he's even raised my port from 4092 to 8187 already,

this is my dsl param, i also have same instinct with you, i did called to the cs 2 times as well as the contractor in charged once, they said my line already is 4mb, by the way how do we login into self care account? because there were once i checked it the status stated that my upgrade had already cancelled, i thought of giving hope, but poof the contractor showed up after 1 month, and i got checked the status few days ago by simply clicking links, and the status is also the same, which e-mail should i e-mail to them? the technician just come over and tell me that my line not supported by 4mbps, but everything is set at 4mbps so what should i do now? should i downgrade instead?

erm, a installer came my house do his speedtest using his 4mb account, and the results is in between 512kbps to 1mbps at most, what does it mean?
by the way, my port already capped to 4096 |

erm, do anyone of you 4mbps users facing slowdowns beginning 11am onwards till late night? if yes, what is the average speed that you'll getting? thanks

if i not mistaken you need to go tm point to fill up some form in order to get rm140 for existing users, unless you are new applicants after they reduced the price.
