Hi, i have just registered 4mb streamyx @ sat, so, what do i need to know?
1st of all, i saw some posts that we can ask technician to set to higher cap, like 5.5, is it possibble?
2nd thing is that, other than that, can i ask the technnician to set 218 ips?
heard alot about other ips are not good though...

ps: should i use streamyx modem or its better get my own modem?

waited for 1 weeks for the home line set up, this morning they called in, book me @ 2pm to set up the home line... and i waited for 2 hours. called them, got 2 respond
1 say many appoinment, cannot finish today, another say problem with tm phone line, need to do tomorrow..ZZZzz
now i m still waiting for the home line... my friend got everything done in 2 days....
why am i so unlucky...ZZzz

may i know what is SNR and how does it works? the higher the better?
and same goes to attenuation.

Guys, i have an issue here and i need help
i applied 4mb BB deals, and i went all the trouble installing phone line, etc
then today technician came, and he told me that i m just registered for 1mb package.
after that i called up my reseller, he told me that the package is not available @ my area anymore.
so what should i do?
i m so f*** up now.
its like i receive nth in advance that the package doesn available to me.
its just like tmnut push the package to me. and do i have to accept just like that ? paying what's more than i should have?
need help with this...ZZz

why i cant have 4mb too?
