i'm in TTDI, and the installer dude said my line only supports 2MB. I'm like WTF?

Ask him how he know, he shows me the UI on his Riger modem, and true enough, it says 2MB.

But before this dude came, my Aztech modem shows 4096/512 (but only getting max of 1.5MB download cuz I subscribed to the 1Mb package). I took the offer for the cheapo upgrade to 4MB. After the installer left (with me being disappointed that I don't get 4MB), I hook my modem back up and WTF? My line now says 2048/480?

So I have a feeling that I'm being shortchanged somewhere. How can the line suddenly show max speed of 2048 when before the dude came, it showed 4096.

TM finally set my port to 5mb speed after countless email & call

I'm bored. already 10 days and my connection is still capped at 1mbps. The technician promisd to do it today but nothing changed . Guess I've to keep calling them and file complaints to make them work.

same like mine... i got it capped at the 11th day but hardly anything difference is seen....

at the 1st week, 4m in malaysia, 1 m at other countries.

then at the 2nd week, down down down.

now, it is up and stable...... and stable at 1.8M.

i call them... they just said some nonsense thing, asked me check that check this....(waste my time).  and at the end. said need technican to check their station.  and said it needs fews working day.....

hope i can get back my 4m.

Finally got 4M line after waiting for 3 month, now got stable 440 ~ 460Kbs download with RS...

I just got 4mpbs yesterday, direct download laju till 460kbps to 500kbps alternatively but using torrent damn slow 10-60kbps, seed and peers ratio is 1:2.

I tried port forwarding it sadly this riger modem dun have such options anymore, help?

Somehow my IP has been changed from 115.XXX to 110.159.xx.xx 

my area only can get ip 115.xx.. or 124.xx...

i noticed..every nite on weekday..my bandwidth kena capping..8.30pm til 3am...
speedtest can only get 0.4mb-0.8mb for download..
example last nite..


but after 3am..everything back to normal...
3.00 am..!!!           



5.04 am...still maintain..huhu 

this is not leased line la bro..
if u subcribe for 4mb...get 3.5Mb still consider ok..

if u want sharp2 4mb..better subcribe for leased line
