I need a little advice. Is it possible to claim rebate for 4/5 days?
I was capped at 2Mpbs since Monday and only today my case is settled ie set back to 4Mpbs. ( after all the hassle of calling daily ) Thank You |

dam i as initially cap at 5 and now I'm cap at 2 for a week now still not settled!...=.= tm call me everyday without fail to check status but nobody doin the work..

if i not mistaken you need to go tm point to fill up some form in order to get rm140 for existing users, unless you are new applicants after they reduced the price.

yeah, my current package is super upgrade deals for rm135 per month. ^^v, by the way, is my snr margin around 19.9db - 20 +/- db can be capped 5mbps?

i installed 4 m streamyx on 28th.when the installer test the speed,it shows 3.5 but tis 2 days i test the speed it only shows 1.5 m. so is there any problem with my speed ,i jus need to wait o call the installer? btw my ip is 115

im still having problem with my installation, the technician told me that my DSLAM is down during the installation, that is why they cannot activate my 4MB account, they said need to wait for 2 weeks. i been calling the 100 everyday regarding my situation, i dont know how long this waiting game will going on?anybody have experience like me?how long will it take before they will finally install 4MB to my house?
