sure, fancy gym dont care about squat rack, 8 out of 10 fancy gym doesnt have squat rack.

and most ghetto gym will be equip with squat rack

Agree, The curve FF doesnt have 1 too. Tats part of the criteria for a proper gym thou.

Back from the fancy gym

Air-conditioned
good Sound system
Fancy lighting

Wait am i describing a gym or a disco?

Added on November 18, 2009, 5:14 pmAnyway this is what i did today

1) Squat 75kg 5x5 ( I dont know how heavy the bar is, so i assume the bar is 5kg)
2) Dead lift 90kg 2x5
3) Bench Press 55kg 3x5
4) Crunch 5x10

The gym was too empty and kinda sien there, so i went back.

dont forget to ring me if u guys got gathering yo. I've had gathering with fellow photographers or audiophiles. Nvr been gathering with fellows with high-protein diet before, something new for me
