nandaryu - that's the worst excuse ever to quit but to each of its own i guess. Yea it's me.

John91 - yea i will censored my ugly mug from now on biggrin.gif

eat your yolks man.. eggs are like chicken , they are all protein sources, besides that eggs has high BV. no such thing as too much eggs or some weird ass myth.

Raw eggs has some avidin binding to biotin shit last i read, making it less bioavailable.

again these are super minor details you should worry about until you start eating properly/

Is it ok to gain all the weight i can, there after only build some muscle after that?

cuz i feel that after going workout, the next 2-4days will result in aching in certan body parts. I only consume those weight gainer after workout and some vitamins and fish oil.

it would be better to just focus on gaining muscle mass immediately. working towards gaining fat and then realizing later that you do not need it and have to shed it off equals a lot of wasted effort, when you could have used all those effort in building muscle mass instead. hope this clears it up.

gaining fat is much easier than gaining muscle, but nobody wants fats...

1st- Reagan Kang – Pulau Pinang
2nd – Ahmad Tajudin Abu Bakar – Melaka
3rd – Syed Iqbal Syed Yusof – KL
4th – Adrian Hor – Pulau Pinang
5th – Md. Jasri Mat Yusof – ATM
6th – Nik Izani Fazly Nik Ahmad – Perak

Personally I feel registry is better than that 2nd place guy.

How do they categorise the contestants into different categories?
