I think when doing lat pulldowns, you don't need to use alot of weight to build a big back. I only use 70lbs-80lbs and I get a great mind muscle connection or whatever you call it. Its not heavy, but I rather that than pullups, whereby its hard to feel the lats. Mostly feel it in arms and your core. For wider back, definitely pulldowns for me.

Lat pulldowns for wider back. But Pullups as 2nd preference if the pulldown machine is not available. Chinups work biceps more.

Change diet and exercise, don't rely on fat burners alone, if it was so easy everyone would be walking around with a 6 pack.

Some people find pull ups harder to hit the lats cuz they use more of their arm pulling strength rather than their lats. Lat pulldowns are more recommended for bodybuilders while for strength/ conditioning you could do pullups. But barbell rows are more to building a thicker back while pullups are for a wider back.

Hey hi, quick question here, while in the process of bulking... Are there stages where ppl start seeing you as fat? Cos i've been bulking and am 80kg now at 5'11, aiming for 85 before cutting but im getting mixed comments including some that im getting fat ... Is this normal?

From your previous pictures, you look rather fat. Maybe your bodyfat % is high.

All sorts of Presses, Rows. If cannot benchpress then use dumbbells instead. I prefer it to barbell.

25, turning 26 soon, too old to be that stupid cry.gif
but i just started gym last dec and dedicated this april/may. unsure.gif

You call this dedication? Stop making a fool out of yourself here. Don't say the terms confuse you. Some simple beginner's article at bb.com will already clear things up for you the first few times you read it. Utter BS.

Easier, you could just follow some guy's journal (routine and diet) here. I wouldn't mind training you in person, but typing everything out behind the comp sucks especially when every new person comes in here and blurts out the same old things.

Oh lol, I now use my uni's gym. Nottingham at Broga, Semenyih. Only has a pair of 20kg and 10kg dumbbells, squat rack and a few benches for bench press. I only go there like once or twice a week for squats, benchpress overhead presses and rows cuz I don't have a barbell at home.

Err no. 4-5 times a week. I workout at home. I didn't mean it literally, as a comparison with typing out the answers to all ur questions, might as well go see someone do it, which is easier.

I think the proper term would be shedding fat instead of bodybuilding now. Get a pair of dumbbells and proper shoes. And make sure you have the determination to change.
