Dear fellow Zestians,
Let us all please return to the friendly warm and cozy discussion that we used to have. There is no (monetary) benefit for anyone of us to "gain a breath of air" (cantonese saying) by pointing/criticizing at what others are saying. I have seen worse "debates" in some other forums regarding another condo, and the only conclusion I could make from that was "gosh, luckily didn't buy there, imagine my neighbours like that...". Let's just stop right here and then, before things go out of control and ugly.
We all can complain about anything that we don't like here. But bear in mind on the approach we take. If you are really vested in this (and of course if you hope to make money from this property), remember that lots of prospect buyers/tenants are reading this thread. If we go down the road of negativity, we will only give our prospect buyers/tenants the wrong impression that the property is problematic - when the problem is probably manageable.
Thank you and looking forward to meet you all at the showhouse gathering!
Well said.

In order to reap the highest of monetary benefit from this venture, and i'm quite sure that's why we are all here
in the first place, the idea is to first maximize the value of our investment. It is this that i'm trying to do, with or without any help
from others. It is only with the achievement in change of layout to the entrance to accomodate a shoe rack that i will cease to voice
this matter.
This is my resolve. In the end, even if it does not materialize , it would not have mattered because it is the fight, and fight we must
because this is our trait. This is what separates us from the animals.
So join me in my fight o' type A owners or forever fall behind along with the naysayers and the sceptics that say they don't care,
that it's not a big issue to them, that they don't mind to have paid their hard earned money on 'problems that are manageable.'
Give peace a chance.
