Kamarul tak kerja today? Went to ego 1st time today and got one big chinese guy at cashier heh. No more ego 500g creatine but at least UN is still cheaper than damn horley's XD.

guys, i'm aware that fish oil is somewhat essential. But instead of taking those dha epa fish oil that you guys have been talked about, i'm taking scott emulsion. i guess it okay right since it still fish oil. or am i wrong?
