zeist should know that an e-stat is not a stat unless a valid video is posted especially given the fact that his claims are outrageous.

I just realized: Doesn't H&F have quite a habit of running posters "out of town," if we can put it that way? I mean, just off the top off my head: Budak84, King83, Zeist...

Not all the time but coincidentally when I feel like taking a pic there's a cap on.
I went on an FST program for a few months, then switched to light weight high rep training. Still on it atm. For example, incline bench would be 95kg x 15 reps for 4 sets. The new growth surge and pump I get is amazing. I think that contributed to my extra growth. I needed to give joints and ligaments a rest since my right shoulder is giving way.

Got my measurement taken earlier today. As I suspected, some of the measurements gets smaller due to busy work/college schedule and dont have time for regular sessions. sad.gif

I'm surprised that so many gyms here apparently let people into the weight room without a shirt on, what with the potential problems with sweaty benches and all.

re: Darkie: From what I remember, you called to tell me to check out that Pro Buffed Bodies forum Terry Gallyot had started up. I've never received an invite to a training meetup!

I usually just take off shirt for pic wor... Not really working out without shirt. Plus, usually do that when all the others left (my company's gym closed at 7) and the trainer usually wont mind me hanging out late. Hehe.
