Shit man. It's getting bleh boiling, peeling and forcing down 27 eggs a day. Jesus... I almost puke sometimes. I wish they sold egg white powder here, or liquid egg whites like how Ronnie Coleman takes them. He'd pour it in a bowl, mix them with grits and fry them with cooking spray.

liquid eggs...no chance. even in the states they deliver it in special container.
egg powder maybe, but then again whats the special of egg? i thought the biological value of eggs lower than whey?

There are some bodybuilders I know who have never taken whey but they're insanely huge. Eggs last longer in your system. Compare taking 10 egg whites before sleep and a scoop of whey.

thanks bro...yes, my chest is the hardest part to grow...i can't do too heavy for any lying position (bench press, dbpress, flys) routine...i broke my arm when i was little, so i felt pain if i go heavy...but i'll try...as for my back, bodyfat is still high, can't see any definition tongue.gif

Bros,

need help with training plan here, only workout 4days a week. monday and wed 2.5hrs each session and 1hr for tue and thrs (short session on tue and thrs due to cardio workout). plan to do mostly upper body - abs shoulders back chest biceps triceps. can help me plan out ?

need some pro's advice...thanks !

i also do abs afta kadio also
but i sometimes dont do crunch cuz kat ff ade dat ab roller thingy...it tauts my abdomen better than crunches...
hehe...

mon- chest and triceps
tue- cardio and abs
wed- shoulders and biceps
thrs- cardio and back

what you think ?

You shouldn't do push muscles all in the same day. Your tris will be screwed after doing chest. Dedicate one day to arms alone. Back and cardio on same day is gonna kill you.

Do what i do bro. Since i see you there quite a lot, you have a flexible schedule.
Mon chest, tuesday back, wed legs, thurs shoulders, fri arms
Sat and Sun = cardio/rest/partying/sex with wife/gf/etc
