Shit man. It's getting bleh boiling, peeling and forcing down 27 eggs a day. Jesus... I almost puke sometimes. I wish they sold egg white powder here, or liquid egg whites like how Ronnie Coleman takes them. He'd pour it in a bowl, mix them with grits and fry them with cooking spray.

Bros,
need help with training plan here, only workout 4days a week. monday and wed 2.5hrs each session and 1hr for tue and thrs (short session on tue and thrs due to cardio workout). plan to do mostly upper body - abs shoulders back chest biceps triceps. can help me plan out ? need some pro's advice...thanks ! |

Do what i do bro. Since i see you there quite a lot, you have a flexible schedule.
Mon chest, tuesday back, wed legs, thurs shoulders, fri arms Sat and Sun = cardio/rest/partying/sex with wife/gf/etc |
