I used to be in karate, and bounce alot, some of my fren develope quite a huge calves from those exercise thou.
i have 2 friends currently training calves...they don't do sports also...what they did was standing calves raises using the hack squat...doing many reps like 40 something reps...if you watch milos sarcev leg training's, they actually puke after every session !!

Added on April 4, 2010, 11:39 pmok, it's time to post my progress pictures...been off and on middle last year and skipping the gym for a 4 month straight (nov 2009 ~ feb 2010)...just re-join last month...doing 3 day split...1st progress pictures posted last year, so i repost again...
