haha, skipping rope buddy. Can see some tiny improvement on the shape aft skipping for 1 mth. Plus i did high reps calf raise too.

calf is kind of sturborn muscle lol. it need isolation exercise to fire it up. yeah, rope skipping is good. want to focus more on calf after i recover.

dark: it was quite long ago, u were at the pay station. Recognize u first by size, even my gf said "wah so big".

VERY STUBBORN. I try to study those footballer's training and boxer's training and i found that may be skipping could be my way out and applied on HIIT. hehe

Arms look good. Improvement on delts. You need to bring up chest. Not sure about back, can't really see.
