he do 5 days split if i am not mistaken.
darkie not sure if u have changed ur routine. haha...
but i remember its something like this.
mon- chest
tue- back
wed- leg
thurs- shoulder
fri- arms

i forgot leg on wed or thurs, but its something like this.
unless he changes his routine. =.=

the one u posted in the training logs were useful back in 2008
and i think still useful now
as per post #127 in ur training logs, im plagiarizing ur old workouts again
i like the many sets for workouts that work..and most of them are basics

and i never noticed...does shrugs really work the back ke?
just wondering cuz i never really liked it (dunno why clean and press and the concept 2 rowing machines work my traps / back more = feel it via the soreness)

i think its good
always buy the 5 packets package and try to finish them in one day
remember the 3-5 meals a day
take one packet every 3 hours
the most important time is upon waking up...
also the healthiest is maggi mee goreng
try this routine after 3 months, and report to us ur progress bro

Xtend is mixed up with BCAA + Glutamine and Citruline. But if you're just looking for BCAA + glutamine try mix it your self cause it will be cheaper if you count per serving. She's new ....

some people just let the flow die while some already set a certain age
