can som1 tell me how to upload video here??tried to upload a 3gp video (did 50.8kg for biceps 3+ 2<--supported by fren coz i did biceps on monday) from my mobile,but it says i cant because of the 3gp extension...

btw,emoticon is part of ma msg if u noe wat i mean biggrin.gif loooooooooool

to people who think i cant do it---------->i dont think those weightlifters in olympic games all have muscular and big body thooo....strength doesnt necessarily mean huge flex.gif

YouTube is able to take 3GP videos. If you're still getting an error message, use 3GP Converter to convert your movie file into AVI or MP4 and then upload the resulting movie file.

Three other things:
1) It's perfectly reasonable for people to ask after a video of your lifts with the numbers you're quoting. After all, you're doing the internet equivalent of going HEY GUYS MY PENIS IS 14 INCHES LONG HEY HEY HEY, so it's only natural for everyone to be skeptical.
2) If your videos go up and your lifts are legit, good job! If not, what a pity!
3) It's cute when 12 year-old girls type like this cool2.gif cry.gif rclxm9.gif notworthy.gif shocking.gif rclxub.gif . It's a little less cute when a 23 year-old man does it.

register @ youtube, and upload videos...should be no problem to upload in 3gp format...

btw,3 reps alone plus 2 reps with friend's support(simple math here 3+2=5reps total)....again,i did biceps on monday with tat weight....
besides,i aint superman....i train biceps once a week only....so.... blink.gif

Why 50 with support?? Should be easy to get 10 rep alone rite?

its easy
just google 3gp converter or take note from angrydog's post

we have no beef against u pun
but since u posted the poundages u were able to lift / push / pull / curl, maybe we could learn something
and its not a game to show who's the strongest in the forum pun

kalau u cakap u benched 40 or 60kg's without support, orang wont ask you to show

I second that. As enthusiastic as you might be, sometimes its better to just keep quiet.

I guess things are getting out of hand. Its always like this. Some random new guy comes in and says I can lift XXXXXX KG.

Its like what Darklight said, not to call you a liar, but I'm sure most of us would like to see the video.

You do it because you like to workout, and not to prove to others.

exactly as wat u've wrote here.i do it coz i luv it! besides,i posted my poundage not to show off,but to give some guys here a motivation! i've seen so many people in gym but they never took it seriously...bodybuilding is nt game!its jz simple as No pain No gain...

i did only 50.8kg with 3reps solo and 2 reps supported by friend just as a sample video....because did my biceps 55kg for 6 reps on monday,arms are not recovered yet from last training sad.gif will upload 125kg bench with friend's support and 55kg EZ-bar curl solo 5-6reps next monday!!! flex.gif

i thought the elbow's shoulda been fixed and not move around?
maybe i got wrong info but i read and saw most people did their bb curls, their elbows are fixed and not swung
am i wrong?

you're right,elbows should been fixed...i record this video after my back and triceps workout plus i did my biceps on monday,see my back was wet in da video as da proof of my back workout...tis video is just a sample video...will record a proper one on next monday smile.gif

that's normal bro if doing standing curls...even pro do swing...if want to contest biceps strength, should go for preacher curls...

@adamemo, impressive curls bro...you're doing 125kg bench, 6 reps with spotter ? try 120kg w/o spotter, go for 6 reps...120kg pon dah berat woh... rclxms.gif
