this is my update since losing weight. Still have lots of skin on the abs area. Any tips to get rid of them? Taking minimal carbs ady.

Right and left arms measuring in at 14.25" and 13.5" respectively. I've managed to put on a solid inch on both arms since this time last year. If I can keep this progress up, I'll be a very very happy boy.

Not to say you're lying but I'm calling you out on this one. 124kg bench press is no light claim. Some of Milos Sarcev's trainees do not even go that heavy. If you have videos to support that, then I will believe you. Neither is a 55kg bicep curl. When you make poundage claims like that on bb.com, members will call you out for proof on the forums.
