woh ... 70 - 90 kg is little ? ahhaha.... awesome..!!..nice nice... although almost useless to train..the pectorals are a very aesthetically pleasing muscle to train ... wink.gif...

The taller you are the more you can bench generally. From his height and frame I'll say around 110-120kgs..

You seriously 80kg? You look much heavier than that at your height. I'm 80 and around 177cm and I don't think I'm as big as you.

I envy you guys,am only 171cm!

Bench can be increased whereas height is permanent.

How can you at 177cm and 80kgs even think of comparing to him, im 178 and 81kg (bulkin) and am not close to his size let alone his strength!

I 175cm, 82kg only benching 60kg excluding the olympic bar for 8x4sets on incline. Any heavier my elbow is going to pop.

Isometric as in contracting against each other? How la to do isometric contraction at elbow? I pop my elbows everyday like how I pop my knuckles. Maybe it's weak because I can hyperextend my elbows.

80 kg is a lot meh? I saw one skinny guy in OHM manage to bench 4 x 45lbs plates = 80kg + bar =100kg. for 8 reps with no difficulty. Also I heard he only started like 5-6 months. I've been training for almost 4 yrs still haven't break the 100kg mark.

Eh btw, 80 is 1st set, after that drop to 70kg.

at least 171..talking about me..168 only..erm... cry.gif

curently bench press around 65kg excluding the bar...
sometime 70kg..but pushing really hard...4 reps

some people do have really strong muscle and amazing strength,skinny also sometime can push really heavy.. flex.gif

chest muscles do develop eventho one cannot bench 100 kilos aite ?? as long as one is doing it "hypertrophy"ly...right ??? hmm.gif
