talking about how long you've been hitting the gym remind me of how wasted was mine for the first 5-6 months...
my diet sucks and not been lifting hard enough... |

The taller you are the more you can bench generally. From his height and frame I'll say around 110-120kgs..
You seriously 80kg? You look much heavier than that at your height. I'm 80 and around 177cm and I don't think I'm as big as you. This post has been edited by John91: Nov 9 2009, 07:23 PM |

Bench can be increased whereas height is permanent. |

I'mma take a wild guess and say maybe it has something to do with muscle structure and/or density? Don't know if that made sense, though. You seriously 80kg? You look much heavier than that at your height. I'm 80 and around 177cm and I don't think I'm as big as you. |

QUOTE(pizzaboy @ Nov 9 2009, 09:19 PM) Isometric as in contracting against each other? How la to do isometric contraction at elbow? I pop my elbows everyday like how I pop my knuckles. Maybe it's weak because I can hyperextend my elbows.80 kg is a lot meh? I saw one skinny guy in OHM manage to bench 4 x 45lbs plates = 80kg + bar =100kg. for 8 reps with no difficulty. Also I heard he only started like 5-6 months. I've been training for almost 4 yrs still haven't break the 100kg mark. Eh btw, 80 is 1st set, after that drop to 70kg.
