I plan to get a running shoe to get serious into jogging as what I'm using right now is my futsal shoe which i think is bad for my knee since is flat and lack of support in the shoe...
Any experiences runner would like to recommend running shoe to me?
What I'm looking for is comfort and nice design also as I might use it to go out casual sometimes.( if can)
What I have in my mind was mi-adidas running shoe since it have customize shoe to our feet which i think is the most suitable but the price is a killer. Now I hope to wait the 50% sales of mi-adidas to come only can afford to get it.
Besides that, anymore other running shoe that is comfort ,long lasting and good?
Budget around - RM 200- 250 ...

The problem is I dont have any running shoe before this >.<....just have flat shoe for futsal...and I use that to run...sad case... hmm...im in between size 9 and 10 i think...some shoe 9 some shoe 10...>.<...any idea how to measure? =P QUOTE(jimmyay @ Mar 24 2010, 10:51 AM) Yes, got my registration detail after i send email to helpdesk. But bib number will be provided later. Added on March 24, 2010, 10:57 amOf course you can try and choose the model/colours. I met with him up and ask a lot of questions too. After using Saucony, i went to test out Adidas & Nike (those more than RM400), no fight against Saucony. Wow...you serious? then I must get that =P...not so well known in Malaysia nvm, as long as it is comfortable and long lasting will do... =D...which modal you bought btw?
