bro, if you are 181cm then 80kg is not that heavy la. I was 82kg (also 181cm) before I start running and now I'm at 75kg. So keep running  biggrin.gif
*
Yeah Im still running, and do variety of sports, but the knee pain concerns me the most.

I was somewhere 90-91kg earlier this year, after 2 months of HiiT Im at 80kg now. 75kg sounds good hmm.gif

You can give him your previous running shoe size and you do get to try them out when you meet up with him(Bkt Aman Car Park area after his morning runs)

U can speak to him la....nice guy.

The problem is I dont have any running shoe before this >.<....just have flat shoe for futsal...and I use that to run...sad case... hmm...im in between size 9 and 10 i think...some shoe 9 some shoe 10...>.<...any idea how to measure? =P

Yes, got my registration detail after i send email to helpdesk. But bib number will be provided later.

Of course you can try and choose the model/colours. I met with him up and ask a lot of questions too. After using Saucony, i went to test out Adidas & Nike (those more than RM400), no fight against Saucony.
*
Wow...you serious? then I must get that =P...not so well known in Malaysia nvm, as long as it is comfortable and long lasting will do... =D...which modal you bought btw?

HL = Head lamp
RV = Running vest
FP = Food packet
GB = Goodie bag

These are what the boxes on the bib stand for....

Guys, any ideas where can I buy Mp3 sport armband?

user posted image

Need it urgent for this coming ENR, any seller here?  biggrin.gif
*
Use a SPIBelt http://www.spibelt.com/ its better than an armband. Can carryyour MP3, carkeys and small items along during the run. Put ur race bib on the belt as well. Alot of runners have migrated from armband to SPIBelt. I am selling it at RM75 per belt. PM me or 0193289083 if interested

Yeah I do know the right size...but if I buy on9 from ccube I wont get to try right? >.<...anyone know anywhere got sell the same brand SACUONY in KL???
*
give me a call at 0193289083 and we can discuss. Just measure your feet from toe to heel and let me know the measurement. From there i can roughly estimate what shoe size u need. You wont regret running with a SAUCONY.

celicaizpower,

My last run was 5.15. I'm looking at finish around 5. But i worry on the weather which will affect my timing. This is my first time running a "FOOL" in evening time. smile.gif

Not me or Elgato I guess. Maybe U can ask phoenix@Frank to help U out. I think we'll be on the same course as the full marathoners for at least 3/4 of the distance...

I only remember paying RM320, but forget the model. I went to Royal Sporting House to test... the feel is equivalent to the range of Asics & NB. I never thought Asics are so such expensive shoes... average RM500 sweat.gif

I think the half mara route is exactly the same as the first half of the full mara route.
But both starts at different time...

I've collected my vest just now. XXXL !!! The vest is a bit tight & I had no choice but to take that size. Normally I'd use L or XL. Quick-sport had a booth there selling things like compression stuffs, socks, Newton shoes, fuel belts. I bought the strap for race bib.. RM15 only.. Now.. on to the race... flex.gif
