Ooo..but how do i know which shoe suit me well?? there is so many different sizing at different area...

For example this :

ProGrid Hurricane 10 RRP
How It Fits
Sizing: Fits large; purchase 1/2 size smaller than standard running shoe size
Heel: Narrow-to-average width
Midfoot: Full volume
Forefoot: Wide width
Toe-Box height: Medium-low
Arch structure: Medium height
Weight: 12.2 oz (size 9)

How do i know weather is not too tight for me and so on? how can i measure my own Feet?
*
Well... for starters.. U do know Ur own shoe size right ? Do not let all the toe-box height & whatevermeasurement confuse U. The best way is to try..

Greeting runners,

Recently Im into jogging, my left knee starting to feel slightly pain (the upper part of the knee) after few km, let say 5km above. This never happened during my sports (basketball, badminton, futsal) and my HiiT session (was doing it 3 times a week for 10 - 12 reps of 30 seconds sprint 60 seconds slowjog for the past 2 months). Only occurs during and after jogging.

Im worrying it might affect in long term. Im not sure its either my running form is incorrect or I need a better running shoe as Im quite heavy at 80kg and 181cm. Need your opinion on this, thanks in advance.

Hi Jimmy,

Normally Stanchart will e-mail you later on for the race details, bib number + bib collection. Just check your e-mail later on.
Yes, got my registration detail after i send email to helpdesk. But bib number will be provided later.

Of course you can try and choose the model/colours. I met with him up and ask a lot of questions too. After using Saucony, i went to test out Adidas & Nike (those more than RM400), no fight against Saucony.

bro, if you are 181cm then 80kg is not that heavy la. I was 82kg (also 181cm) before I start running and now I'm at 75kg. So keep running biggrin.gif

Earth hour is on that same day ah ?

Well then. If they give us the half & 10K runners the lights just before the race, then it's pretty troublesome to carry la. Unless U've got somebody with U.
