Ok, im already doing weights 3 times a week for an hour each session. Any other methods?

just care about ur diet, eat sufficient protein to take care about ur muscle.. then should be enough.. patient is the key...

i see many ppl say = diet,protein....huhu i stated to remember my mother cannot eat oily stuff and meat and so on....She is now kuait thin..

How do I make my face look thinner? Simply just diet? Or any other methods? Also is there any way make the neck part thinner, so that my jaw bone can be seen.

HELP!!i really need help..im currently 85 kg,my height is 162..i tried so many methods to loose weight..i even tried to stop eating but i just can't do it anymore..PLEASE..someone help me PLEASE!im serious..i will put in 200% of my effort..i just need a guideline..PLEASSE!

i'm 75kg 166cm..now after two weeks my weight 71kg.. biggrin.gif
change your eating habit..eat less rice/carb during lunch..more vege..and of course exercise..
i'm only jogging on weekend( i'm addicted..), weekdays..do simple exercise for 30 mins
next, i'll go to gym..hehehe laugh.gif , but i dont no how to use all those equiptment..lol..

That bolded part is the most counter-productive way to loose the fats, instead could even promote fat storage. doh.gif

BUT, since to got the motivation, with the right path and proper methods, you could even loose those extra weigh as fast as those contenders in 'The Biggest Loser'.

Mind elaborate to me what's HIIT?

I'm quite enjoy with my diet right now, and I'm thinking to increase the protein intake even more. Most of the time all my meals consider completely without carbs but then I don't know how long it takes for me to get my ideal weight. Wanting to lose about 6kgs more sweat.gif
