hmm just want to ask is there anyway to lost my weight at home but at my home dont have treadmill i only have dumbell and push up pro only and i live in banglo is it good to use stair ?

hi!I INTEND TO LOSE ABT 7kg or so.does anyone know if there is a diet camp in malaysia?i m sick of my diet which backfires.instead of losing, i gain.i dun wanna be muscular tho.i have tried on many dietry products.yet, no use.

u can bring ur shoes and clothes to work then after work, straight go to a park to jog before going home

Keep climb up the stairs like no body business also can be a good exercise eh tongue.gif Especially carry the dumbell too tongue.gif

Climbing up stairs is a very good exercise. I started climbing up 4 floor. I take the lift and stop 4 floor below. I increase it gradually. Now I climb up 10 floors (after 1 year).

syd G- i am a female.18 year old currently 54kg.unstable.my lowest weight was 51.5kg but gained back.i m not sure why.

i have not been under strict diet plan but i have been exercising regularly everyday.howveer i stopped losing weight on march and started to gain instead.

i have tried drinking greentea.(the most effective one) but it just maintain at 53.

i tried leptin, no its not working.

during jan-march, i skip dinner but eat as usual for lunch and breakfast.

however once i start scoool i became stressed and started to eat emotionally.how to overcome dis?

i m tryin on proteins but it seems risky.

i watched biggest loser asia, they say kenot skip meals (even dinner) because if u feel hungry ur body metabolism will decrease and therefore it will not help at all for skipping meals

i wud like 2 suggest: if u r eating emotionally, best is to pick up a sport seriously and play it often. mayb u just start scool and very hardworking to study very hard and no time for sport but i strongly suggest u to hav a balance life.

for me sports can cure my stress at work and it can stabilize my eating habit, n i really do hope it works for u 2...

just my 2 cents, hope it helps

I'm similar with your height and weight. However, never try to skip meal at all. Starving won't help you to lose weight in fact when you start to eat again, you gain extra fat for your body. Somehow I do believe diet works, try to have a healthy diet and now after a month trying out with my new diet, I'm very fine with it and I feel much healthier smile.gif

Hi der. I was asking for your stats because you wanted to lose 7kg. How did you end up with that number?

I have bad news. You dont need to lose weight. All you need is a body re-composition.

You can look like supermodel and be at heavier weight due to your body composition. Or you can look chubbier/fatter at lower weight due to body composition.

So here's a small tip - stop obsessing about how much you weigh. Then, stop eating emotionally. Nobody is forcing you to eat the food in front of you - you did it yourself so you're the only one who can overcome that.

What I did was to concentrate my energy elsewhere. When I'm stressed out, I do house chores or go for a run.

u knw syd.. last time i used to binge eat when im mad or emo
but then when i realize that losing weight is hard and alot of work...

dats when i switched to sweating instead of eating
i put on my breaking benjamin on playlist. play those heavy songs and run like hell.. at least at the end of the day ur happy bcoz u burn some calories.. haha..

thanks people.but i have trouble sweating.i dun sweat as much as other ppl.what shud i do?

i have always thought i shud be like 40sth kg.thsn i have larger and flabby arms.i dun wanna hide under tshirts all the time, you get what i mean.I have broader shoulder than girls of my height.and larger boobs too.so dis sends my body shape kinda distorted.smaller lower bosy and shorter lengs.

syd g.thanks for your advice.indeed i m very very obsessed with my weight.everything i do.almost every single minute i m like thinking abt body weight.gotta admit.i m at the desperation level.i keep telling myself to stop being so obsessed but seems dat the more i thot abt it the more i eat?as if it has dieting and the mission to lose weight to 40sthkg has become part of me.
