Quick question guys. When going on a cross trainer or any cardio machines, if your heart rate is higher then the numbers recommended there, is it good or bad? Do you still loose weight? I asked a trainer and he said, the higher the better? Cause when i see the diagram, it shows from x-y fat loss, and q-w cardio, e-r heart and so on.. just wanna clarify on this. thanks

Guys just want to know, when ever i have to stay back at college, i go to a chinese veg for lunch, and pack my self with vege's and 1 mock meat dish. I want to know, isit better if i get brown rice or noodles(doesn't look oily/greasy). Which is better for weight loss diet? I normally eat chapati at home, but...its not as tasty outside, so i opt for chinese veg.

QUOTE(faceless @ Aug 5 2010, 03:26 PM) Nabex, It is not what you do to the hash brown. It is what was done to it before it was packaged. ahhh, i see!
