bulking up just make ur muscle grow bigger and become strength.. it's not helping you to lost weight, but it will make ur body look even bigger. better u focus on calories decrease and after you hit preferred weight, start to hit gym

7-8am - HL milk 200ml
12-1pm - tempe + egg tauhu + egg (white only) + taugeh
6-7pm - HL milk 200ml
9-10pm - 2 egg (white only)

i hope it meet 80gm protein

owh ok.. I got it... currently my weight at 106kg, previously (4 weeks before, 111kg),
Everyday exercise - 1/2hour each day. mostly skipping and jogging.

just i feel it's too slow laugh.gif
That's why I ask, either it's good or not to have such diet..

I aiming for body shape.. my target is 90kg with muscle appear.. that's why I'm focus on protein...
what you mean by drastic cut?

One question though,after loosing all this weight, I've got a lot of excess skin on my belly, and sadly loads of stretch marks. I managed to get rid(well still about 1/4 inch to go) of my "love handles" by doing the wood-chop exercise and the trunk rotator machine, Any suggestions on how to get rid of the stretch marks?
Of course, I've done my part and asked Uncle Google, and couldn't find anything substantial from any single website, just a lot of trial and error stuff. So yeah, if u guys could help give some suggestions, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks

another lunch just had it
egg tofu + white egg (boil) + tuna x 1 + about 5cm cucumber (not so big) + HL milk (a small glass)

it taste weird... i mix it all laugh.gif even my small little brother eat it too doh.gif

you're starving.. not diet... it's too obvious.. afraid you lost a lot of nutrient... previously i'm doing it too (because lack of information). it's just make my body more bigger (every month, always have 1 people complaint about my figure)... then i change my eating style.. a lot of protein.. and it's more better.. it's mental game..
Even my colleague ask me "do you eat fiber(supplement) r?" i lol only...
it's how u control your daily meal..

1. no rice should be ok.
2. usually i hit egg, tuna, egg tofu as main protein (usually sat n sun, coz i play gym on that day).. all boil. As breakfast, i hit egg n milk. perhaps u can wait for other response about cereal n milo
3. u have to eat vege.. or at least fruit as ur fiber.

i just started wink.gif managed to create deficit and cut 5~6kg... now my weight maintain and will reduce it again..
it's propose to hit 1kg/week only~ ... to allow you adapt the environment.

mon - fri
i eat lunch normally... like fish n meat.. but controlled.. no card (rice)
HIIT exercise at nite..

no worries.. as long u follow to decrease 500cal in 1 day.. u still reduce at least 0.5kg/week.. so enjoy wink.gif

i share my meal mostly focus on protein intake
egg (only white area)
only assumption on protein..

weekdays
morning - 1 egg + 200ml HL choc milk (~17gm protein)
lunch - 5 spoon rice + 1 egg + tempe + tofu + vege (~20gm)
evening - HL milk + guava/papaya (~12gm)
night - 200ml HL choc milk + 2 eggs (~25gm)

Total = ~74gm

weekends
morning - 1 eggs + HL choc milk (~17gm)
lunch - tuna x1 + 1 egg + tofu + vege (~25gm)
evening - HL milk + guava/papaya (~12gm)
night - 200ml HL choc milk + 2 eggs (~25gm)

Total = ~79gm

currenly my weight .. maintain at same value.. almost 2 week edi.
feel glad..

hit gym on weekend...
on weekdays.. night HIIT

feel like in army already laugh.gif

normally, my weight fluctuated in monday ~ thursday,

then, I will see same result or reducing in friday.. laugh.gif
weighing only in the morning, i keep weighing everyday to see the real graph.

don't rely on product so much, too obses with it, without knowing theories for fat burning is not recommended.. at last, you will suffer more.. 1 weeks = 3kg... shakehead.gif
