Hey guyz,what causes muscle spasm for prolonged duration?
Not exactly spasm but more like rapid twitching,been happening to my right shoulder since yesterday and it won't stop. Its freaking annoying. Normally when i have that it stops shortly afterwards. |

Guys,
Saw the dragon flag exercise on this thread and thought that it is interesting. So I went to try it today coz currently my rest week. One hell of an abs workout. So far i realized that there is alot of arm strength involved. Squeeze the back and bend ur knee a little to ensure a straight back. Here is a video of my attempt. Do comment to correct my form. I gonna incorporate it into my routine ~! |

haha... i can do light weights perfect form. =.=
