Gratz Pizzaboy, u deserve tat title.

By the way, protein powder is not a magical food, tats y it is a supplement, if u can get meat for 6 times a day, tats way better than taking those powder thou.

Last time i heard from this PT saying that, muscle tech worth the price, since the quality of the protein is better. Wat i did i just give him a smile and walk away. Dude, before those big big hype comp process their protein powder by mixing all kinds of flower into their product, it is comming from the same place with the same ingredient. and worse, tat PT told me he gained 4kg in a week, and he said tat supplement is awesome and when i checked.....there is creatine in that powder.. =.= water weight and he dun even know wat is he taking and make such a big claim about it. Oh man.....

I dunno lah. To me all the bicep curls are same-same. Not that you can curl sideways, or the grip width will affect the muscles involved. =P
So I just do the hammer curl so that I can work the forearms at the same time. I'm so lazy.

BTW Jamis, it uses the Preacher curl bench. Most gyms have the preacher curl bench. It's almost mandatory... no one would go to a gym that doesn't make it easy to do bicep curls. Most people only want to BP and bicep curl. whistling.gif
*
It is different from the preacher curl bench thou it is 90 degrees. haha to be honest i dun like bicep day and i dun really like to use the preacher curl bench too lol, i only do barbell narrow grip bicep curl and some time may be hammer curl. SQUAT and DL is my mandatory tongue.gif

yea, i was also surprised when i noe the price...

i am not vy sure if it is the same video or not, but it did mentioned that the tight must be 90degree, and back should be rounded, like doing a crunch...

the video got show what is wrong and what is right when working on the wheel

biggrin.gif
err... i cant see the difference from the image as BB.com cant stream the video... jz curl it bit 'deeper'?

dunno works with dumbell or not
*

Form correct. At 70kg.

No warmup, no good stretching. But I did a few quick hands stretching and squat without weights warm up.

I could feel something is not right when my back is hurt, I confirm know my back is already hurt at that time.

Bad day for me.

blink.gif dude u got to warm up and dun let the ego carry u away wink.gif

humm... just came back from MPH, saw an article about trianing double session ( split session into morning and evening) and it can promote muscle growth and fat loss as the reason begin is that it reduce the glycogen store. For the muscle growth part they did mention about about the lactic acid accumulation which resuld in GH exertion. How true is this ??

in the article, was it mentioned that both sessions were for weight training?

I've read an article on double sessions as well, that favored one for cardio and the other for weights.  I remember reading pizzaboy say he did this sort of double training before.. hmm
*
yes both are for weight and working on same muscle part.

e.g. morning - bench press

evening - db bench press

Ridiculous. Even pro bodybuilders with their above average recovery and chemically assisted states don't do this. Arnold used to but he didn't recommend it to natural average trainees. You can get away with this if you're only training Olympic lifts and exclusively that because the negative phase is not emphasized. What's wrong with some of you? You're all thinking people with brains. Just because an article is from a book/bb.com/t-nation doesn't have to mean it's correct.

ops, didnt know the down side, just get a lil excited aft reading it. Thx for the correction, else i will be like a dam fool going to gym day and night tongue.gif.

I have to agree with darklight on this, training twice a day is not a good idea. If you're looking a way to shock your muscles to get out of the plateau, just change your reps, or do dropsets etc.

yup u got to split up ur meal and eat more dude.

3k is just a average for normal human tat is weight ard 80kg. So to be "Abit" more accurate on the calculation go for .....

(bodyweight in lbs) x multiplier

Mulitplier - can be 14 - 20 depends on ur metabolism rate since every individual has a diff metabolism. so adjust it to ur needs. However, number sumtime do make u overweight, so still eat as ur body needs. 6 meals a day and consume 1g of protein to per pound of ur bodyweight and divide by 6 meals. Cant eat more? divide to 8 meals then. (i eat 7 meals sumtimes)
