Guys, what will ur reaction if someone takes out an egg & shells it in front of u & pops it into his mouth, or take out his tupperwares, mix his water & powder & shake2.

Salmonella might be a problem, but it's quite safe most of the time.
The shells are treated.

What's so weird about mixing his shake in the gym? Every gym rat worth his salt does that to maximise his gains post-workout. You'd be a fool not to do that.

Sorry2 i've been unclear. Er.. we have to stuff ourselves every few hours rite ?

Sometimes its not in the most convenient locations, eg when shopping/at the workshop/at a showroom/roadside .. etc.

Do u all take out ur food & just eat anywhere ?

Err...I don't think those who really follow the 5- or 6- meals per day regime "stuff ourselves" with food every time we have a meal. Small to medium portioned food to keep energy levels at optimal.

Also, if the timing is inconvenient then so be it. It's not like if we don't eat our oats or whatever at a specified time we'll go berserk and attack people. Sometimes living a life is more important than gaining that bit of muscle.

I drink my shakes in the office. I'll bring my whey in another small container( just nice for 2 scoops). my GnC shaker with water...I'll mix them in the fridge and bring it back to my place to drink it slowly.


Nothing wrong also. and I usually have my tea/3rd meal around 4~4.30pm.

All I get from some colleagues are "Wah...your lunch ah? Or dinner..or.. Belum makana ah?"

there are guys in the gym I see almost everytime I workout that only do biceps and chest ALL THE TIME.

and they can still ask me why the parts aren't growing although they are working them out almost every other day.. sigh.

Last time I tried, they claimed they'd never grow taller if they train anything other than biceps or chest. And also said they'd look ugly with big legs.
