It feels like hell after hitting the gym today ... I guess 4 months are too long of a holiday for bodybuilder

Will the body give you signal when your training is going to be unproductive/counterproductive ? When you are training that is ...
I've been pushing myself too far to continue lifting even if my body doesn't allow me ... When body runs out of energy, should we stop lifting completely or just reduce the poundage so that you can continue lifting ? |

I'm so used to counterproductive training ... My hand was shaking cause I don't have the strength to lift anymore but I just force it to go further, sometimes I don't have the strength anymore and I just drop the dumbbell lol .... Dumbbell press.
