Will the body give you signal when your training is going to be unproductive/counterproductive ? When you are training that is ...

I've been pushing myself too far to continue lifting even if my body doesn't allow me ... When body runs out of energy, should we stop lifting completely or just reduce the poundage so that you can continue lifting ?

I'm so used to counterproductive training ... My hand was shaking cause I don't have the strength to lift anymore but I just force it to go further, sometimes I don't have the strength anymore and I just drop the dumbbell lol .... Dumbbell press.

I'm following Bob Cicherillo's split.

Monday Chest
Tuesday Back
Wedneday Legs
Thursday Shoudlers
Friday Arms
Sat and Sun rest

Wouldn't it be better if shoulders day on Wednesday ? When I did shoulders I feel the soreness in my arm too ... afraid that it will affect my arm day ... I'll feel the pain in my forearm no matter how hard I try to maintain the form when I do lateral raise. The next day when I'm doing hammer curls they kill my arms doh.gif

i do a 2 day split for a week.

chest, shoulder, tricep, abs

quad, hams, back, bicep, calf.

2 exercise per part
Is it too much on the leg day ?
*
If you can finish all your exercises with no energy remaining that's the best nod.gif but I've yet to experience this before wink.gif

laugh.gif I used to answer these questions and then I found that it was such a hassle .. after all they should have just searched or read the stickies first, the answers are already everywhere in the forum. Most who come here end up quiting bb very soon and we've just wasted our time answering them.
