hey anyone noe whr can buy dumbbells set which can adjustable from 10lbs to 30lbs or more??

i did many back exercise
but i didnt notice any growth
wrong form or wad?

wad kind of workout effective for exercising back?

ps: i experienced some back injury before, will it affect my workout?

hey guys i suffered from back pain AGAIN -.-
nt sure about my position or form correct or not...
dat day i was doing chest/biceps workout.
den the next day my chest pain and back pain also..
physician say not serious but i dunno how to prevent this....
this already my 3rd time suffering from back pain..
i rly dunwan give up bb liddat -.-

wad u guys do as warm up? 3-min cardio or light-weight warm up?
and do u guys actually include cardio session while u bulking up?
