QUOTE(toto4d @ Dec 11 2008, 08:11 AM) Haha, go for it! Will use this Sat Putrajaya 12hr walk to gauge how fast i can walk to cover 42k. if I will to run 84k , then first 42k will run in 6hrs and the balance maybe in 9hrs. Total 15hrs is worst case.Frank macam oredi determined to do the 84k, no matter clash or not. If no clash, i would do the 42k, but if clash, then i do KLIM. |

Important must be comfy though. running shoes are generally very comfy for walking or for daily wear. u have hit it right. most important is ur budget, how much u willing to pay. a reasonably price running shoes will be around rm200 - rm250. unless u can get some old models like mfg in yr 2005/2006 which i believed can be cheaper. |

QUOTE(berukberak @ Nov 13 2008, 11:08 AM) Hehe... yeah.. I'm actually helping Yong out, but I don't market his triathlon stuff here in this forum cos here mainly runners... that's why I ask whether anybody interested in Newton running shoes... Anyway, if anybody wants to get triathlon stuff can look for me too... hi, why not try go direct Quick-Sport.com for the tri stuffs. Normally they ship out the goods once payment is made. But one thing bad is they only accepts MayBank lah... Just got the chance to look see look see some of the models in SG. Moreover is pretty pricey too. If u interested in Saucony let me know.Added on December 11, 2008, 5:12 pm hi, anyone tried PI shoe? been seeing these shoes often in the Runner's World Mag... looks cool. Anyone? QUOTE(d3vilzzzz @ Dec 11 2008, 05:38 PM) another enquiry.. Adizero series are generally racers which are very light weight and with very little support and cushioning. More for competition / races like 10k and max 21k. Anything more than that, your leg must be make of iron to withstand the pounding.adizero type of shoes, whats the max u can run in it in terms of competitions? half mara or full mara oso can? Sfax, you have Adirzero series, maybe can share ur feedback to devil. |
