i had done my 1st super slow 17km (suppose to be 20km) last sunday! started 5.30am....

from bukit aman car park to hartamas.....

and it's going to be every sunday running. hope can run to actual 20km....

hey! i'm in penang, also cannot find kaki to run. hv tried to arranged 2 times with a friend but raining la so canceled both

what days u go run? where?
weekday i run near USM ~ 3-5km. weekends bit further, coastal highway/near QB mall.

hey scoop! wah USM so near my place normally tuesday's are my speedwork , followed by Thursday and either Sat or Sun for long runs....i normally start from Botanicals, hey wait do you happen to be a member to Priority Fitness in Bukit Gambir? talk further in PM

nah don't really have time to do training except on weekends, and now weekends are jam packed with activities.. die die..

The Klang Pacer's Run is organized at where I stay! I'm so proud of it.. hehe... too bad I wont be around at time anymore

Klang one still open for registration or not? How do I register? How many KM? 10KM still ok, since this is my first run. 20KM I don't think I can.

Hi guys, I just started to run as a part of my health regiment, but I found myself dehydrated fast, after 4-5km. Thus I am looking for a hydration belt, I found one that I think is suitable, the Fuel Belt 2 Bottle Belt, and I was wondering if I could get it here?

Being new to this marathon thingy, do they provide free water at the road side? No?
