Look and study carefully. Pay attention to the distance that is stated.

Banners are all up along the Orange Run route.

Nope they don't chip timing. Not sure about this year though since PACM has purchased theirs. Never know Bidor Running Club might rent from them. Nevertheless, it's a quality event. I was there last year and enjoyed every bit of it including diarheaa all the way back to KL. Hahaha...

Orange Run was my first run with DH. This year it's like a running anniversary biggrin.gif

Darn hilly route. I remember running it with full bladder + bowel last year @_@

Everyone,

Please take note that as of this morning, the Runnerz Circle running group is officially disband. And also, the Runnerz Circle logo has been returned to the designer and I appreciate that those who have the logo displayed on your website or blog, to have it remove to avoid any copyright matters.

The Runnerz Circle blog will still remain active, updated and maintained by me and no policies in it will be change.

However, I have removed the first post on the first page on this Runnerz thread, leaving only the blog link there. Should anyone be interested to know upcoming events, do hit the link for event calendar in the blog. I will no longer update nor maintain this thread here. And as this is the second thread, I leave it to the forumers within here currently, to create the third thread and so on in the near future.

Last but not least, I thank everyone for your support throughout all this time since 1 September 2007. It has been a great journey knowing and meeting some of you. THANKS!

Keep running,
phoenix (Frank)

i think i need to buy a good shoe liao.. my leg, ankle part still pain after last sunday's 10km run!!

i'm targeting Nike shoes, so any recommendation for a shoe that fits for regular running and stylish enough for occasional casual wear? lightly priced budget would be enough.

I just bought a Mizuno Wave Aero while I was in Penang last Saturday. Mizuno shoes was on 50% discount at Jusco sale. It's my second Mizuno, I still have the Crusader 2 I bought mid last year (also at Jusco sale). I haven't tested it yet, I'ma use it today for my routine 5K. Quite excited coz it's considerably better than my current Mizunos. rclxms.gif

Let me know if you are interested in the Saucony. I must said the pricing is competitive and the product is value for money. So far I have no complains from those who purchases Saucony from me.

try looking for brooks, they do have a shop in The Curve..but if style is what youre looking for then Nike or Adidas is the way to go...how much is your budget btw?
