give it a wait? probably delayed due to the raya week? if u never received by next week then you should prepare a MG-42 and shoot the CS off non-stop... if they give unreasonable excuses then just request to talk to their manager... things get sorted out faster

more expensive = more quality.

hmmm can consider abit.

I wouldn't say the quality will be a lot better but many brands at TANGS cannot be found at any other department store which make TANGS different from others.

@WaCKy-Angel,
Weird.. but I didn't get anything like that *siGh*

@hye,
Looks like you're the tai kor around here now?! tongue.gif

@Norn,
No it's not exactly difficult to get an American Express Credit or Charge card.
*
What didnt u get?

QUOTE(ruztynail @ Oct 6 2008, 05:41 PM)
cb man.. i jus got charged rm5 for requesting a paper statement frm CTB.. thy didnt even state thy would charge a fee.. naturally notin comes free rule.. but i hvnt received any paper statement for sept.. hence i thought i need to manually request.. which the CS said would b on the 26th onwards..

called CS to waived it.. problem now is.. where is my missing paper statement..
*
Lolz its normal they charge RM5 for paper statement....
tats y always use online/eletronic statement better and convenient..

QUOTE(ruztynail @ Oct 6 2008, 06:07 PM)
i did.. the address is correct..

funny thing is whn i check my online account status.. it shows these

UNBILLED TRANSACTIONS ..... so meaning i didnt get my statement!?
*
What bank was it?

I also didnt get my 1st statement from the goddamn Citibank..and they charged me late payment fee, eventough i called and they say will waive it but next month statement come still didnt waived..
So damn Citibank, and so i rarely use their card anymore after i got my Maybankard..Until the 2nd year (1 year annual fee waived) they charged me annual fee i called them to waive but they offer me to do some autodebit like phone or insurance i say no need..
So i request to change to different card (cashback card to silver card) and i never activate the card..
2 months ago the card expired and they sent new card to my home, nobody at home to collect poslaju so they resend and just dump into my postbox without signing..now its somewhere around and i dont activate it.

TANGS do have some nice collections. So if i were you i'll go. Shirts there are expensive but may be they will give a steep discount this time.

Need some advice.

I have had a platinum OCBC card for several years now. No fees, and good customer support. Other than that - its boring , with no where as good deals/offers as the other cards I see in the papers.

If I wanted to change to another card, what would be the best recommended one ? My wish list

*lots of travel promotions
*points that dont expire
*Decent bonus points/gifts.

Care to give a few recommendations ? Thanks in advance.

I'm a newbie and just wanted to ask a few things concerning DA cards...

How long does it take to get the pin number for DA cards after you have submitted the form anyway?

When you get the pin number you can register to access CIMB clicks right?

What kind of 'transaction' can you do using CIMB Clicks with DA cards anyway?

You can always call DA CS to know the status. They're willing to check for it.

You need to perform the First Time Login to register an account. After that, you can use CIMBClicks.

I don't think much online facility is available for CIMB DA with CIMBClicks. Not even for online bill payment. That's what I observed. I might be wrong.

in order to pay your DA bill and other bills, u need to have a cimb account and register a cimbclicks with that.

registering cimbclicks with your DA card only lets you view transactions and statements.

Hmm ... Points that don't expire and decent bonus points. All i can think of is Citibank. Citibank credit cards always have some really good discount at many reputable restaurants year round.

Guess you will need to use the login which is registered with your CIMB bank account ATM card.

Not sure why CIMB is not able to have multiple bank accounts and cards under 1 user login... doh.gif
