using machines would give ur abs the chunky look.
for a natural look, try exercises which do not require machines like the hip thrust, leg raise, stability ball crunches, alternating crunches and so on. smile.gif

nice progress u have there! managed to cut the side belly u were carrying and u done that in 3 months only.

i like the most muscular post. dont worry about your biceps, just focus on ur core training and compound exercises.

haha i agree that it's gonna be really hard to gain 15kgs in 2 months but i'll just give it a go la.

i always stuff myself with rice, wholegrain bread and chicken but yet my weight increase has been slow. sad.gif
