My first progress pic:

My waist size went from 30" to 31". Contemplating on cutting now. My chest still all flat.. should i start cutting? |

Its kinda hard for me to gain muscle mass without eating alot. If i eat cleanly i doubt that i would gain any weight.
I guess that's the contradiction for us skinny types. If u see my journal i eat alot of carbs and protein. I gained some weight, but i would say 50% of it is fat on the abs. My chest, forearms and legs is still skinny. |
