next week i've to go to singapore.. outstation.. 1 week on and 1 week off...until the end of august.. suck huh..

huhuh... is it ok to workout 1 weeks and rest the other week?
*swim is the only activity for me in singapore.. but scare to lose muscle again..

Actually... previously, before im cutting.. my weight was 70 +-2kg... but im decided to cutting it down before doing weight lifting consistently... seems like I made a mistake to cut.. but my abs was too flabby at that time..
