i eat 8 times a day for 3 months while i was working full time previously. i prepare 6 meals on my own.

I eat 4 times a day weekdays, 5 times a day weekends.
No problem gaining weight rolleyes.gif

17 years old, good early start.
But don't insult others by saying u don't wanna get big.
Problem is you can or not first ? You can't even gain weight.
I would say you weight around 60kg... maybe less.

Oats dunno how to prepare?? That's one meal.

salad take out vege from fridge to mouth, dun even need to prepare. That's another meal.

tea-break eat a green apple from fridge, also no need to prepare. That's 3 meals already just like that.

prepare lol wut ?

Is it really that necessary to eat SO many meals? I eat 4 meals a day (granted they are pretty bloody big) and I still managed to move from 75KG-78KG in about a month.

Oh and here's the peculiar part.....

I switched my diet to about 60% carbs, 25% protein and the remaining fat. Results? Much better lifting in the gym, pulls and squats are more explosive, I feel more energetic all the time. And I still gain weight biggrin.gif Bodyfat level? Still at 15%. Now before you scream "Ecto biatch", I do train pretty hard. So in total, I still get about 100GMS of protein, which is more than enough for me to gain weight.

The reasoning behind this is because I'm in a performance sport, not an aesthetic sport. Fats [f], requires a lot of oxygen to be processed. I need all the oxygen I have for myself, not to process them fats. Protein[p] digestion, slows down performance which is why it's highly unrecommended to take a protein drink before training.

Of course nutrient timing is very important lah....you won't see me gulping a whole oat shake after training of course.

Here I am giving some info about how I eat and gain weight, there you are talking bout a screenshot. Why don't you try adjusting your diet and see how it works for you rather than ask for a pic

lao.. i'm on low carb diet. so i dont take oats these days..

besides, jones said he cooks. IIRC, he's on low-carb diet too. so i'm curious on what he's cooking and eating.

sorry people. i eat to live, not live to eat. i dont have a particular special taste for food. i eat chicken breast steamed, just like that, with brocoli. i eat eggs with oats, i drink milk with whey, i eat tablespoon of peanut butter just like that. i drink flax seed oil just like that.

so to say, i dont have any recipe to share. lulz

Actually i dun like the idea of making ur food more tastier.
Some ppl go to great lengths like adding honey or peanut butter to ur oats etc...
all those are added calories.

I'm 170+ and 67kg. Oh, I didn't mean that as an insult. Just thought I'm doing pretty well so far. And I don't think I'm thin. My BMI is slightly above average.

I read an article saying omega egg is stupid...
they feed the hens flakeseeds, hence its eggs are called "omega"...
but really, the omega is in the hen, not the eggs.

It's just a marketing gimmick.
Get ur omega from olive oil or fish or fish oil capsules instead.
