Since I'm not getting to the gym for a few weeks, I took some random back shots. Finally got the back lat-spread done! thanks everyone...wan to ask i do look thin but i still got stubborn stubbron fat around the midsection area...esp lower abs...been trying to get rid of them quite some time adee...tat's the reason i do alot cardio....is my method right? but i already so thin..
