» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « just wanna ask some opinions about my shape...been lifting weight for 6 months but not very consistent, i have no access to gym and only use a pair of dumbbells...i think i'm skinny coz i'm 66 kilo and 180 m....the most diff part is the abs...been using alot of weights on abs but 6 packs barely visible and now it's making it bulging....problem is when i do lots of cardio to shed belly fat my whole body will become skinnier.... anywayz, plz comment about it and i wish to improve my body....thanks thanks thanks

thanks everyone...wan to ask i do look thin but i still got stubborn stubbron fat around the midsection area...esp lower abs...been trying to get rid of them quite some time adee...tat's the reason i do alot cardio....is my method right? but i already so thin.. haihz...starting to bulk first time but i'll spend most time in hostel so no time to prepare food and there are only lots of malay nasi campur with lots of reddish kuah...so if taking the chicken breast from there have to be careful of those kuah which is full with oil???
and can i substitute carbo with gardenia wholemeal bread? can i drink powdered milk to substitute full cream milk?? i'm trying my best to eat every 4 or 5 hours and add some eggs in between my meals...now my problem is where to get lean protein...
