meso is typically fast gainer compare to ecto. however most people are not made up of only one body type, most people are a combination of two body types. so, u still can be fast gainer if u r ecto and the bonus is that u can remain lean at the same time.

i think ectomorph-endomorph is the most deadly combo. easy to gain fat, hard to gain muscle smile.gif

sorry, "chinese english" i guess XD
I mean, if u think u are really an ectomorph, do u have a great progress or slow progress?
Progress seem has nothing to do with wrist and bones on hand, i just curious if an ectomorph hand and wrist still look like the one shown in pic even if he reach 100kg weight or gain decent muscle.

still look like that even you're 100kg full of muscle.
its not muscle anymore at that area, full of tendons and other shit right tongue.gif

oh ya, people seldom look at your wrist. blush.gif

u can beat ur bodies tendencies by eating right and training hard.... dont blind urself with the im meso..im endo thing...its just a guideline used to prescibe to urself what kinda workout that u need..its not a lifelong thing and can change...

if u get too caught up in the bodybuilding jargon...then u aint gonna see results..

if ur fat...cardio more and chek ur diet.. if ur thin eat more and work out more... if ur in between..count ur blessings and work ur ass off..

bottom line..work your ass off ..work smart and u should be able to overcome most problems...

yup.. not much.. cuma most of my t-shirt already feel tight and my pant feel tight at quads.. i wear size 30. my waist saiz ~29..

just my strength just roar up..
bicep unflex ~11inch, flex ~13inch.. tiny at least proportion to the rest my body.
overhead press 50kg x 3
bench press 65kg x 5
squat 100kg x 5 (now already 3 month dont squat)
deadlift 115kg x5
bent over row 60kg x 5

atleast i m growing.. i used to be skinny (45kg) to skinny fat (50kg++) then now 62kg (not so skinny)
within 1 years.. nearly 2 month break from weight training (1 month straight and others 1 week each).

ahaa.. too much strength training.. huhuhu..
my main protein source is from milk.. on november when i start drinking milk 1.5 litter a day, i gain weight to 62kg++,
Do too skinny and my very bad posture, i got extra lordosis (already have it too many years ago).. only last 5 month i realized to fix it, now it more better, atleast i dont hv those 'pregnat look' / boroi..
i didnt increment much my poundage coz i want straighten my back n do some mobility work.

i agree most of you.. only last 5 month i do change my workout routine and see some progress. I waste 8 month..

but actually i m happy.. already break 60kg barrier..

but most important is.. i still lack of eating.. i tried my best.. my target is 70kg... bulking.. whistling.gif

@braindead_fr3ak
come here lar at gym rakyat desa pandan, kl..
normal overhead press not military(leg close) nor push press.
my leg not so muscular lah, not like bata or one of you.. but proportion to the rest of my body.. its normal look.

Not bad. can see trapz, triceps and delts coming out abit more. and the back is more defined (mebbe lighting)
but can see overall progress there. mebbe other poses and angles might give a better view instead of just a back shot.

There are bodytypes which are 100% of a particular type. Then there are those that aren't. Many people are actually a combination of 2 kinds. It's just a classification so to speak lah...I don't think he was talking crap.

Really ? Actually last time when I was identifying my body type I came across some articles saying that it's very hard to find someone who's 100% of a body type, most people are combination of two or even three .... The one who's 100% of a body type is very rare to the extent that you can only find one in a million ?

Somehow I wised that I was an ecto so that I have to take care of my diet so much .. Endo gains fat so fast but the speed is not the same in gaining muscle ... That's why it doesn't worth it.

Well, think of it this way. When our bodies were developing, it didn't know that it's owners were eventually going to wonder if it's an ecto, meso, endomorph. So along the way, they just grew to what genetical code it was embedded with at birth.

So you get what I'm saying right?
