btw,my calves grow 1/2 inch..which mean,now dah 15inch...which is larger than my bicep which is still 14 1/4inch...my upper body need to catch up lah.=CC
that pix is after 5X5 training,so,kurang detail i think...
i think its around 2 months or 3 months,im not sure.

i miss squating sad.gif
i still remember squating 6 reps of 117kg
then i injured my left tendon when i tried to do 132kg till i can hardly walk down the stairs.
now,im afraid to do normal squat,just doing front squat.
front squat also like 60kg or if good mood then 70kg . tongue.gif
guys,when u guys squat,do u guys wear belt or anything? smile.gif
